| Please note there are two options for payment/registration. TO PAY BY CHECK: Print and fill out the paper registration form. Mail the form and your check (payable to CMAA Hawaii Chapter) to the address listed on the form. TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD ONLINE: Fill out the online registration google form.
