We’ve been working hard to find a way to bring you the Professional CM Course in times when gathering together in one classroom is not possible. And now we are able to bring you the Professional CM Course online!
Students will receive access to 11 self-paced modules consisting of video presentations, knowledge check questions and activities, pre- and post-tests, and online discussion board interaction with expert instructors and other students, including guided discussion questions. Experts will also be available for live Instructor Office Hours multiple times during the course period to answer student questions and provide their perspective on the material.
The online Professional CM (PCM) Course provides you with 18 days of access to online modules developed from CMAA’s body of knowledge. While focusing on the core competencies of construction management, course participants will earn 24 PDHs upon completion.
Students will receive access to 11 self-paced modules consisting of video presentations, knowledge check questions and activities, pre- and post-tests, and online discussion board interaction with expert instructors and other students, including guided discussion questions. Experts will also be available for live Instructor Office Hours multiple times during the course period to answer student questions and provide their perspective on the material

The online Professional CM Course provides you with 18 days of access to online modules developed from CMAA’s body of knowledge, focusing on the core competencies of Construction Management. This valuable learning opportunity will benefit those wanting sound basic CM skills, as well as more experienced professionals seeking a refresher or continuing education, and is recommended by CMAA as effective preparation for the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) exam.
 
Students will receive access to 11 self-paced modules consisting of video presentations, knowledge check questions and activities, pre- and post-tests, and online discussion board interaction with expert instructors and other students, including guided discussion questions. Experts will also be available for live Instructor Office Hours multiple times during the course period to answer student questions and provide their perspective on the material.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If for some reason you are unable to attend, you may transfer to another session of the online course at no additional charge within 12 months of the course you originally registered for or you may receive a refund of your original registration rate, less a $275 charge to cover the cost of the Study Kit, CCM Practice Exam and CM eGlossary. Refund or transfer requests must be made at least 8 days prior to the course start date. No transfers or refunds will be made within 7 days of the course start date. Name substitutions can be made at any time.
 
Educational Credit: 
Course participants earn 24 PDHs and/or 24 LUs. All AIA reports and NCEES transcripts can be accessed electronically by the participant. Partial credit is not assigned. All 11 modules of the course must be completed to receive credit.
 
A credit value is assigned to CMAA courses and seminars in both Professional Development Hours and Learning Units. CMAA guarantees that course materials meet the requirements for a PDH, which is 60 minutes of instruction, or increments thereof.  
 
CMAA is registered with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) as an approved CES provider of Learning Units (LU). One educational contact hour equals one (1) LU. To receive LUs through CMAA, you must provide your AIA member number on all registration materials and attendance forms. Transcripts are available through www.aia.org.  
 
CMAA is a registered provider of continuing education for the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).Transcripts and certificates are available through the NCEES/ACEC Registered Continuing Education Program (RCEP) at www.rcep.net. All transcripts are reported based on the email address provided to CMAA when you completed the online attendance form or the email address you used to register for an event.
 
Not all courses and educational activities offered be acceptable for continuing education credit in your state. Please check your state licensing board’s requirements before submitting your credits. All courses approved by CMAA count toward CCM recertification points. For more information on recertification points, please visit RecertTrack.
