CMAA Hawai’i 9th Annual Golf Tournament

We are excited to announce that the 9th Annual CMAA Hawai’i Golf Tournament will be held on Thursday, August 19th, 2021 at the Ewa Beach Golf Club. Please see the attached flyer for more information. We hope to see you there!

Please note there are two options for payment/registration. 

TO PAY BY CHECK: Print and fill out the paper registration form. Mail the form and your check (payable to CMAA Hawaii Chapter) to the address listed on the form.  
TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD ONLINE: Fill out the online registration google form.  Pay with credit card on the CMAA Hawaii website payment page. Please contact hawaii.cmaa@gmail.com for any questions regarding online registration.

Registration and payment should be submitted by July 30th, 2021 to ensure availability!
