A partner with Bays Lung Rose & Holma where she has over 25 years of experience in construction law. She specializes in all aspects of construction law and litigation, including drafting and negotiating contracts, handling payment disputes, bond claims, Mechanic’s Liens, and defending claims for construction and design defects. She is experienced in all forms of construction law dispute resolution – negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation.
