Jon Y. Nouchi, a graduate of ‘Iolani School and the University of Southern California, currently serves as Deputy Director of the City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Transportation Services (DTS). He previously served as Deputy Director of Planning and Environment at the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) and Director of Planning and Service Development at Oahu Transit Services (OTS).
