On Saturday December 3rd CMAA/AACE will sponsor a joint community Service event doing a beach cleanup at Kahana Bay Beach Park. If you are interested in participating, please RSVP by November 30th. This is a great opportunity to perform some service to our community while meeting members of our peer organizations!
CMAA/AACE Community Service Event in association with 808Cleanups
Date: Saturday, December 3, 2016
Time: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Meet at 9:00 AM)
Where: Kahana Bay Beach Park
We will be encouraging people to clean the beach and shoreline, park area and other tough to reach places that haven’t received much attention as of late. By bringing attention to this phenomenon we hope to encourage people to be more responsible with their disposal behaviors and even more importantly their consumer behaviors.
This is going to be a really FUN dirty job and we look forward to executing this event with you. Share this event and encourage others to join. The more the merrier. Check in 9:00AM at Kahana Bay Beach Park.
Work may include being in the water. Dress accordingly.
Things to bring:
• Work Clothes
• CMAA/AACE Tee shirt
• Sunscreen
• Hat
• Change of clothes
• Friends that want to help clean up
• Beach Chairs
• A beach towel
A joint CMAA/ AACE Social BBQ will occur from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Kahana Bay Beach Park. Lunch will be provided (Hamburgers, hot dogs, drinks and chips)
